Si pudiera no colocar una estrella por esta atención no pondría ninguna, la atención es pésima por parte de la señorita Veronica Ruiz, ni siquiera brinda información de acuerdo a las necesidades y solo dice “A MI SOLO ME ENTRENARON PARA VENDER SEGUROS, NADA MÁS” no se vio interesada en brindar nada de información, aparte devuelve las tarjetas de donde íbamos a pagar, por Dios, ningún asesor nunca antes me había hecho esto. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

Muy mala aseguransa no te cubre bien y si cancelas antes del mes aun asi te cobran y no te quieren regresar tu dinero de vuelta, aparte de eso muy mal servicio con las secretarias
Don’t waste your time at ANY location. I’d give Fred Loya as a corporation 0 stars if I could. They don’t give you a current/active insurance card until well into the month so if you get pulled over be prepared to get a “no insurance” ticket. They change your rate constantly then have every bullshit excuse under the sun for why they’re randomly changing it then offer no assistance within fixing the problem and tell you it’s your fault.
