I don’t have a problem with the services or the people. I do have a problem with the website. It is a disaster and not very easy to navigate. Definitely would like to see that fixed.
WARNING. DO NOT WORK WITH FRED LOYA. All the branches in least Fort Collins are very VERY unprofessional. We had ran into a situation where I had gotten in an auto vehicle accident, and having them try and “help” me was the most TERRIBLE experience ever, mind you I have full coverage on my vehicle through them. They declined coverage, and absolutely HAD NO CLUE on what to do next and the next steps. I DID THEIR JOB for them and explaining what happens.
