Worst insurance ever. Their client hit my daughter's car. Police gave him a ticket and said he was at fault. The damages to the car clearly contradict what the guy is saying. Anyone with half a brain could figure that out. However Fred Loya denied fixing our car. I asked how that could be since there's a police report. The adjuster said their client has a different story. I believe my representatives name was Liliana. Very kind , I will be treansfering all my vehicles to Fred Loya. Gave me a great price for my car.
