Just drove one from one location to another to find out this one is closed, it's almost like they want to make it inconvenience for you if you don't enroll in their auto pay. When I was on auto pay they would take out my payment 5 days earlier or 5 days after which leaves a 10-day window for them to do what they want I overdrafted a few times due to them this is ridiculous I can't make make a payment in person without the inconvenience of driving around town. Looking like time to shop around for another insurance
Walked in around 1230pm and wanted to renew my policy,after sitting down I was told that the location was closed and I needed to go to another location, felt as if my business was not wanted,not cool,
Although they have the cheapest insurance in town The one thing I've had a problem with this company is they build me on the 17th and I get paid on the 1st I can't get them to seem to work out a way to not overcharge me for being late It's really starting to piss me off cuz my insurance is already too high as far as I'm concerned for liability And I hope you guys read this because you need to fix your computer system to allow it to adjust your billing in accordance to people's payday You act like everybody has a million doll... read more
