I'm have been having issues with Fred loya for the last couple of weeks trying to get my deductible I've talked with multiple people all of the offices were very rude and refused to help I got in contact with jose at the Riverside office on Chicago ave and within a day they were able to fix my problem this this is the only office in Riverside county that I would recommend all the other offices that I've been to are very rude and they are not willing to help their customers
If you come to this location , ask for jose. A kind individual and always very helpful. Any reviews that say otherwise are completely false. Will be staying here thanks to Jose’ help ! 🫶
Thank you to the gentleman that helped me he was rather tall, I think his name was Jose, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I recently needed to change insurance since my last policy was getting pretty expensive. Jose took the time to explain my options and didn’t make me feel pressured to choose then and there. I’m literally just a girl and had so many questions so thank you Jose for your help. It’s so hard to find patient people who don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them- will be referring my sister.
This place is a joke! They change your prices whenever they want without explanation without warning, trying to tell me that they gave me a Covid discount and now I’m gonna have to be paying the regular amount.
