They suck i crashed reported it. And still took money when the day came to take the money. I understand now that when that happens and you got automatic payments it will still take it. Lesson learned. But they had me talk to the tow yard and cut a deal because they were only able to cover 500.00 which is pretty dumb I had a full coverage and everything they gave me two options if I took the car and they would give me five but I have no room for it so I left it with the tow yard and it gave me 4500 but it was crazy they took ... read more
0/5 Stars. TERRIBLE INSURANCE. Car broke down & waited OVER 4 hours for a tow. Insurance is suppose to be useful when you are in an emergency situation. Agents could not even give me an estimate of when they were coming therefore leaving me stranded!
Pesimo servicio, la doña detras del escritorio se nego a ofrecer ayuda (servicio) argumentando que ya habia cerrado, Cuando aun eran 5:30pm... no pierdan su tiempo y dinero con ellos.
