Had a rate increase recently and Fred loya failed to notify me. The reps in the office don’t seem to provide any type of support either. There was a fee added to one of my cars I have on the policy and they just say it’s because of the rate increase. Going to be shopping around for another insurance provider soon.
I really don’t write reviews but couple days ago we came in to ask for Insurance everything was fine till one of the agents literally discriminated us by having cars for a cleaning company and said she don’t deal with “Us” people….. we were in shocked and manager didn’t seem to care…
