Horrendous customer service. I came pissed off on incorrect paperwork that Fred Loya provided me and the customer service lady Patty did no favors by cutting me off mid sentences. What a dumpster fire of an insurance. To top it all off, they told me I had to wait 2-4 business days to get the form corrected, while the main Fred Loya who messed up my form gave it to me 10 minutes later!!! Looks like this branch only helps you if you kiss their ass!!! If you don’t, they don’t care about you!!
