I had a very frustrating experience trying to file a claim with this insurance company after one of their insured drivers hit my parked car. Instead of allowing the process to be handled at an auto repair shop like most insurance companies do, they told me I was required to drive to their office to speak with an adjuster in person. Horrendous customer service. I came pissed off on incorrect paperwork that Fred Loya provided me and the customer service lady Patty did no favors by cutting me off mid sentences. What a dumpster fire of an insurance. To top it all off, they told me I had to wait 2-4 business days to get the form corrected, while the main Fred Loya who messed up my form gave it to me 10 minutes later!!! Looks like this branch only helps you if you kiss their ass!!! If you don’t, they don’t care about you!!
They where telling me stuff that doesn’t even exist like the said that they need my paper work at the beginning and made me wait 2 hours told me that I needed ti pay 3500 for 1 car and I gave them the money when I came back a month later and said that they did not know me
