Elena, there is not an issue with you explaining the processes for how certain situations work. But by all means use a better tone when speaking. Your professionalism is non existent and you have no desire to work in a profession that requires you to have some kind of customer service skills. Customers hard earned money does not need to be received with nastiness, and eye rolling. Find another line of work.
The company itself is very accommodating, but I waited for 5 and a half hours on side of the road and no wrecker truck every showed up for roadside assistance. I missed important appointments waiting
