I had a very frustrating experience with Fred Loya Insurance after my accident on October 31-2025. I submitted my police report and the repair estimate to their office, and they scheduled an appointment for me to bring my car in. At the appointment, they took pictures of my vehicle, collected all my documents, and assigned an adjuster named ((Leeroy Guzman)).They gave me his phone number and email and told me he would contact me within two days. I added my car full coverage. They charge me 240.00 I have two other cars, a truck and a 2010 Chevy cobalt and I have regular liability. When I added the car on September 15, I had wanted to pay for the other car and truck which was $133 ballpark so the guy pay no attention. I think his name is Tony and the other girl is Jasmine. If you need handicap parking / accessibility to the sidewalk, you have to park 2 doors down at the barber shop. There's only 1 space.
