I been with this ppl for 6 yrs I started having issues with them this yr the double charge me on April then on June as well I show them my bank statement where they got there money on auto pay and the saying they didn’t received there money. I had leave them alone just to much going back and forward. Just poor business management. I wanted talk to manager she didn’t want talk to me
I recently came in to add another vehicle to my insurance and Anna was my agent. Unfortunately, I was having a bad day and came in with a bad attitude, but Anna still remained kind, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. I later came back and apologized to her because her customer service truly stood out to me. I wanted others to know how great and professional she is. I have been a valued customer of Fred Loya since 1999,never had an incident nor accident. Had a incident in February where a truck hit a dip in the freeway and something iron popped out of the truck and I end up hitting it.Make a long story short,they totally my vehicle..talk about worst experience EVER. It took 3 weeks for them to pick up the car which 2 to 3 different people called saying they were in route,never happened,im on my way never showed up,im here but the car is not here.
