I have been a valued customer of Fred Loya since 1999,never had an incident nor accident. Had a incident in February where a truck hit a dip in the freeway and something iron popped out of the truck and I end up hitting it.Make a long story short,they totally my vehicle..talk about worst experience EVER. It took 3 weeks for them to pick up the car which 2 to 3 different people called saying they were in route,never happened,im on my way never showed up,im here but the car is not here.
