You would think this company was awesome because of it being more of a local company but I suggest looking elsewhere
Very friendly staff and easy to talk to. They get the best policy for you that's affordable!
Their kind and friendly, they could use more workers on the floor to help those coming in. One person was helping those coming in and the waiting time, was longer than you would like.
Dealing with Fred Loya has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I was involved in an accident on April 1st, and the at-fault driver is insured through them. As of April 28th, there has been virtually no meaningful progress on my claim. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. Calls routinely go unanswered, and when you do manage to speak with someone, you’re passed from one department to another with no clear direction, no accountability, and no resolution.
