Their kind and friendly, they could use more workers on the floor to help those coming in. One person was helping those coming in and the waiting time, was longer than you would like.
Dealing with Fred Loya has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I was involved in an accident on April 1st, and the at-fault driver is insured through them. As of April 28th, there has been virtually no meaningful progress on my claim. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. Calls routinely go unanswered, and when you do manage to speak with someone, you’re passed from one department to another with no clear direction, no accountability, and no resolution. You definitely get what you pay for. This car insurance agency is 100% the most inconvenient and difficult agency I've ever had. You'll have a "due" date but that date is nothing more than the date they'll start charging you a late fee. Your ACTUAL due date is 7 days before when it gets auto drafted out of your account.
