Our experience with Fred Loya Insurance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We have made repeated attempts to contact our assigned adjuster regarding our vehicle claim, and we have received little to no response. Calls are not being returned, communication has been poor, and we have had to repeatedly chase down answers about our own claim. Have been calling and calling and they keep hanging up on me!!! what kind of service is this when I am trying to get a copy of my insurance since they haven't mail it out???!!
Fred Loya is nosey for no reason. They want to know about family that doesn't live in your home nor do they live in the same state just so they can have you sign paperwork to exclude a person they won't even cover in the first place. Make that make sense. Just because I once knew someone doesn't mean I need to keep seeing reminders of them on any documents of importance to me. Because I want it off!
