I had been a loyal customer for over ten years, but never again! My quotes over the phone have always been exact, after purchasing my vehicle I called to finish process and it was $150 more. After pictures where submitted my insurance policy went up $200, due to the truck having a tool box. They accused me of using it at my job. Seriously? Total of $800 to start $650 a month!
