I had the same thing happen to me. Fred Loya does screw people over. If you have insurane through them make sure they dont have your banking info because even if you tell them not to draft and make a payment in cash they do it anyways 3 more times. In the end your the one getting letters from your bank saying you owe 100 dollars in fees.
THIS COMPANY REALLY SCREWS YOU BY MAKING IT TO WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY WITH YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT. THEN IF THE MONEY ISNT THERE THEN THEY TRY TO DRAFT OUT THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT PLUS OVER DRAFT FEES. THAT IS WHY I SWITCHED TO ALL AFFORDABLE INSURANCE ON OAKS STREET. THERE I GET THE SAME COVERAGE FOR ABOUT \$60 CHEAPER.
