This company will take you for a RIDE. They just had a suit filed and won against them for deceitful business practice in Texas. Time to follow through in New Mexico. My car has frame damage and FULL coverage and they want to put SALVAGE parts on it. This is AFTER the finance company gets the check they wrote to them instead of the auto shop or us. Be careful with these guys.

DO NOT think you're getting a discount by switching to this company. We filed a claim and now we can't pay the auto shop to fix the car because they paid the finance company. We carry full coverage on 3 vehicles with them and didn't have a problem until it was time to file a claim. Don't waste your time, it will COST YOU big time in the long run. They also sent us to a SALVAGE yard for parts that need to be replaced on a new car.
Estimate change! – On Saturday July 30th 2011at 10:00 AM I met with Vividiane C. to get an estimate on car insurance. I received a estimate of $92.90 for a 6 month insurance policy for a friend of mine who can drive my car part time. When I returned on Saturday August 6th 2011 with my friend to pay and start the policy the final charge was nearly twice as much totaling $169.90. That's not even close, you should avoid agencies or businesses who do not stick with there orginal statement.
Exceptional service everytime!..... they don't try to get you to sign up for something you don't want nor need.They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and ask all the right questions. At the end of the day I felt good moving forward with Fred Loya Insurance.
Make the right choice – Why can't all insurance companies be like Fred Loya Insurance? They understand your concerns and help you to make the right choice in coverage. I can't speak for all these other companies, but when it comes to my family.... we choose Fred Loya Insurance.
Worst Insurance Company – After being a loyal customer for over 14 years Fred Loya treated me as if I was the party responsible for the damage to my vechile, there staff is inmature and were laughing in the backroom did not know if at me because I was upset that they had called me in to there office to sign paperwork that nobody knew about, had to leave work the second day to sign paperwork. TERRIBLE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE – I had a horrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. they are close to my house so I walked in one day to ask them about the check cashing place that used to be in that shopping center. Well the girls there IGNORED me. I said I had a question and one of them (the skinniest one) said "We're on lunch right now ma'am".
