TERRIBLE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE – I had a horrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. they are close to my house so I walked in one day to ask them about the check cashing place that used to be in that shopping center. Well the girls there IGNORED me. I said I had a question and one of them (the skinniest one) said "We're on lunch right now ma'am".
