It’s very hard to talk to these people on the phone. Very entitled & almost just too good to give you any of their time, but they will take your money..
Horrible place to work at, I rather be homeless then work here again
The person who hit me is insured by this insurance company, and their claims adjuster, Jose Durante, has been extremely difficult to reach. I’ve tried calling multiple times, but he either hangs up on me or doesn’t return my calls. His customer service has been terrible, and I’m struggling to get any updates on my claim.
Paying full coverage for what hours in the middle of the road no one answers I have to pay everything out of pocket after decades of paying this company only for no one to answer after 4 hours of blocking the road and causing another accident because of them and providing zero service im canceling my insurance with these guys I’ve never knew this is how they operate it’s trash for reals if you’re hear you’re probably berely figureing that out like me
