Fred Loya's client hit my 4Runner. After three weeks, they finally accepted fault and told me to have my SUV serviced. With parts shortages, it took almost another month to get it fixed. In the meantime, Fred Loya makes you pay out the rental car out of your pocket, and they try to reimburse $26 a day. You can not rent an SUV, for $26 a day.
