PRAY TO GOD YOU NEVER GET HIT BY SOMEONE WITH FRED LOYA INSURANCE. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU DO. I got hit by someone in January. It is now a day away from June. Absolutely nothing has been done for me. No one keeps me updated. I have made every call to get info on where my claim is. I haven’t received a letter in the mail. Nothing. Zero. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
