I had such a great experience at Fred Loyal Insurance! The young lady with the light burgundy hair was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain every detail, made sure I understood my options, and helped me find the best coverage for my budget. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does. I left feeling confident and well taken care of highly recommend asking for her when you stop by!
I called for a policy quote and was greeted very politely and treated kindly by an employee, Kyle. Kyle was informative and knowledgeable, very well spoken and easy to understand. PRAY TO GOD YOU NEVER GET HIT BY SOMEONE WITH FRED LOYA INSURANCE. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU DO. I got hit by someone in January. It is now a day away from June. Absolutely nothing has been done for me. No one keeps me updated. I have made every call to get info on where my claim is. I haven’t received a letter in the mail. Nothing. Zero. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
