I was rear-ended in July by a driver insured with Fred Loya, and it’s now mid October — I’m still waiting for reimbursement for my rental car expenses. I’ve had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket. Throughout this entire process, nobody at this company has followed up, returned my calls, or responded to emails about the reimbursement checks. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
