This place of business will very soon be facing an ADA lawsuit for making fun of a disabled child and we have it on video. There were three grown women laughing at my special needs child because he was stimming and making noises, he is autistic and nonverbal. The csr trinity called me about my payment, even though I’ve had no cc notes on my policy for a couple years. She called to be purposely unprofessional. Upon speaking with management I was treated as if I didn’t understand how it happened, all she could focus on was weather or not I was competent enough to understand what was going on. I’m not elderly, or a minor, I just wanted to understand if the csr who called understood that she isn’t suppose to call me, let alone giggle during the phone call.
