I was rear-ended in July by a driver insured with Fred Loya, and it’s now mid October — I’m still waiting for reimbursement for my rental car expenses. I’ve had to pay nearly $3,000 out of pocket. Throughout this entire process, nobody at this company has followed up, returned my calls, or responded to emails about the reimbursement checks. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. THEY SUCK !! -100 stars if I could. They always trying to get over on the insurance payments. They tell you one thing over phone then another once you come in. Tried to also use roadside assistance and was told i did not have it when policy was active and paid so I was stranded. The company needs to be shut down especially the location inside of walmart off I-80.
The horses insurance ever if you go 1 day late. They cancel you and then they want the car in person to reinspect it bad coverage. They give you a hard time ready unprofessional amateurs.
