My insurance was due today. However I couldn't get one more day to pay it. So now I have to redo the whole thing. Smh due to no payment options. The card has to be in your name and doesn't accept no cash. Been with them forever and they need to have more payment options. People are busy working and have different schedules. Need to make it more easier on the customers.
I have been with F/L for over 15 years and they have been good, until now. I had an accident on Dec, 21 2025 and My truck is still broke down in my front yard as of 1/5/26. J. Aguilar, who is my claims adjuster has given me nothing but the run around. First they said that they didn't receive the pics that I sent to their link. And they never called me to tell me that.
