I won't give my business to a company that can't speak to me with respect, not any more. I'm over being treated like my my money wasn't earned and just given to me. I work too hard for mine and will not waste it in places with no care for customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service! Cindy (name on desk) was extremely rude! She was so rude about signing me up for auto pay when I told her no . Then I had asked for a paper copy of my policy and she said "oh I will have to sign you up for auto pay to get that!" Lol what! I will be changing car insurance. I also had issues with the guy that works there I have no clue what his name is but he wasn't as bad as Cindy.
