I was a loyal customer for 15 years and was taken advantage of. I received a call that my rates were going up very high when my policy renews next month. It was so ridiculously high it prompted me to shop around for the first time in 15 years. I found rates at almost half the cost and cancelled my policy with Loya. It’s a shame that greed had to end this partnership. My suggestion is that you shop around every six months because if you sleep they’ll take you to the bank for your hard earned $$$.

If you would like the run around this is the place to go. How they are still in business is a mystery to me! The Call Center Reps are on a completely different page than the reps in the Offices. Yet, they're both accurate when it comes time to withdraw from your account.
everyone else was working on new years but they decide our car insurance DIDNT MATTER !!
