This company will take you for a RIDE. They just had a suit filed and won against them for deceitful business practice in Texas. Time to follow through in New Mexico. My car has frame damage and FULL coverage and they want to put SALVAGE parts on it. This is AFTER the finance company gets the check they wrote to them instead of the auto shop or us. Be CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!!!
DO NOT think you're getting a discount by switching to this company. We filed a claim and now we can't pay the auto shop to fix the car because they paid the finance company. We carry full coverage on 3 vehicles with them and didn't have a problem until it was time to file a claim. Don't waste your time, it will COST YOU big time in the long run. They also sent us to a SALVAGE yard for parts that need to be replaced on a new car.
