Horrible service. If you want professionalism don't go here. Been waiting on a check close to a month now! I just received 3 letters asking me to respond. They wanted my address?!?! Wth?!
Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very long review typed and ready, but this only allows 1000 characters. Suffice it to say this company SUCKS. I was hit by one of their clients and it took months for anything to be done. I had to initiate everything. This company took no initiative to DO THEIR JOB and pay for my car. If I could just give them no stars, I would. To use words like, disappointment and violated, would be a major understatement. Do not trust this insurance company whatsoever. The family card they play is a comlete lie. DO NOT USE FRED LOYA! They will take your money each month, but in your time of need, they will completely screw you.
The worst insurance company ever, they drafted my payment 3 days before the duedate causing an overdraft on my bank account, I beged them to wait till the due date but they still did it, I have been with them for almost 4 years and never had a claim or an accident,?paying 130 per month and this is how they honest working costumers , do not do business with these people, God forbid you have an accident and make a claim, they'll pobrably make a full out of you, avoid getting reaped off, NO to Fred loya!
They will help you find cheaper insurance and affordable

Fred loyas is the worstes of the worst insurance co.to have insurance with.. if you dont take your car to their facility to get an estimate,they mske you wait 2 to 4weeks before they send out an adjuster to where you had your car towed after an accident.then you eait another week for a check just to get your car fixed..ooo man dont have extra problems with your due to the accident,,,the whole process starts all over again!!! Yes their business hours are M-F 9-7PM AND Sat 9-4pm, They are never close for lunch and their staff are bi-lingual
