I'm seeking legal assistance after experiencing what I believe to be insurance fraud by Fred Loya's insurance adjuster, E. McKinney. On February 7, 2024, I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault, and Fred Loya's insurance company accepted liability for repairing my vehicle. Fiery hot dumpster pile of garbage especially Gabriel Diharce. Took 2 weeks to get a claim approved with them being at fault, didn’t offer rental car, said they physically have to mail a cheque, wrote a garbage invoice that didn’t even cover 1/3 of the damages, adjuster never ever answers the phone ever, just a total mess and garbage garbage garbage couldn’t stress it enough
