Zero Stars - Absolutely terrible company. I found a leak in my hot water line on a Saturday and called them immediately. They told me they could come Monday at noon. I said I wasn’t available Monday, but could do Tuesday morning. They agreed to 8:30am Tuesday. Then Tuesday morning they texted saying they couldn’t make it until “11-ish.” I couldn’t wait that long, so I told them I’d work from home Wednesday instead. Giving this company one star is a gift. An employee came to my house for a simple faucet replacement. Unfortunately he repaired the wrong faucet. But that wasn’t the worst of it. He was initially asked to replace the upstairs bathroom faucet and instead replaced the kitchen faucet (which was totally fine). Several hours later the basement ceiling which was directly below the newly placed kitchen faucet - completely burst through due to a massive leak which was caused by the replacement of the kitchen faucet above.
