Should be negative stars. I hardly know where to begin in describing how horrible my experience was, but if you’re looking for misrepresentation of services and fees, unbelievably rude staff, billing issues, and a practice where consistent lies are the norm, you’ll do well here. I have no idea how they could ever get five stars. The doctor was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything clearly. However, the support staff's attitude was disappointing. When I tried to reschedule my appointment a week in advance, a staff member refused, citing her lengthy hold time with insurance and incorrectly claiming they were the only in-network option. To make matters worse, two hours after my canceled appointment, I received a call about a cancellation fee. Overall, a wonderful doctor but a frustrating administrative experience.
