I like that I don't have to take my Mom Downtown. It saves her time & me frustration. This location is very close to wherer she lives so it works out. Also the side they show you isn't the one my Mom takes, she uses the one on the lower level opposite side by the Halvorson Cancer Center sign. She says it's a Maze if you go through the top.

Dr Diehl is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Was referred to hematology for my labs being off and he addressed all my concerns and spent about 2 hours with me to ensure we went over every possibility, then ran more tests and called to give me a breakdown of my results. Never had a Dr as thorough and explain so in depth, it eased my mind a lot. Very much appreciated!

I was referred here for potential Leukemia. I got my referral, I called and was told "Three business days to call back and schedule something." I called three days later. I was told it was still in med review. I was told "Someone will call you back tonight before 5 pm" No one called. It's been over a week. I've called everyday and I haven't heard anything from anyone.
