The staff is unorganized, we went there to pick up remains and death certificates and waited over an hour because the staff was not clear on while we were there. Not very helpful people.

Zach was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and patient throughout the entire process. Although we were unable to hold the services at Christ the Rock despite being members for many years, Zach graciously offered the funeral home as an alternative. He made a difficult situation much easier, and the service turned out beautifully. We are truly grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time.

Really just unhappy all around lots of lack of communication from the staff different people different paperwork nothing is consistent and let me reiterate a lack of communication. Things I was told would be done immediately I’m asking to be completed things I’m told a few days are delayed and im not notified until I call to follow up There are a lot of places to go that charge a lot less and for the cost they should be consistent, compassionate and easier to deal With while dealing with the worst possible time in your life
