This Doctor was awful. It’s been 2 years since I drove my daughter an hour away to see him. I finally came across where I could leave a review!! I still think about the visit we had with him and I share our experience every chance I get. He was the most dismissive and arrogant doctor I’ve ever met. He didn’t take the time to listen, or look at pictures, and review any incidents we recorded. Had he done so, he would have learned a thing or two & had to admit he was wrong. Dr Hsieh (pronounced shay) was excellent. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and he spent a generous amount of time (1 and 1/2hours) going over every aspect of my complicated mast cell disorder/allergy case. He was kind and intelligent! I would highly recommend him! Worth my long trip from Oklahoma to Cleveland to see him!
