My 8 year old furnace was leaking water. Thank goodness it was warm a week ago with window's open. I was assured if not my company and I would be dead. I was presenting with carbon monoxide poisoning. Nevertheless I was directed to Fred Hook. A guy came last night sussed it out. Another guy came today and it's fixed and safe. I'll sleep better knowing I'm safe. Thank you Wes. Chris and Bill and for the heaters. You seriously have saved my day and possibly my life. That's heavy.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We called for a service call last Friday as my parents heating system nor hot water were working. They promptly came, diagnosed that they needed a new blower. Did not have one at the shop, so ordered one. No problem! Said they would be here on Monday to install new blower, nobody came, no phone call. No problem. We called this morning, after a brief hold they found the blower and said someone would be out this afternoon to install. Service gentleman came, installed new blower... read more

Rude receptionist who lies and knows nothing helpful. Is rude and when confronted says its her co- worker. No it wasmt. Defended their work instead of actually fixing the issue Called because heat wasnt working still. I was told 180/hr sure fine. Come to diagnose. Pay over 600.00 in parts, which they took the old ones so now I cant have them tested. Still no heat. So obviously not the issue. Charging 180/hr to be wrong and arguing with customers to come back out after being told if it still doesnt work they would come back. ... read more
