Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We called for a service call last Friday as my parents heating system nor hot water were working. They promptly came, diagnosed that they needed a new blower. Did not have one at the shop, so ordered one. No problem! Said they would be here on Monday to install new blower, nobody came, no phone call. No problem. Rude receptionist who lies and knows nothing helpful. Is rude and when confronted says its her co- worker. No it wasmt. Defended their work instead of actually fixing the issue Called because heat wasnt working still. I was told 180/hr sure fine. Come to diagnose. Pay over 600.00 in parts, which they took the old ones so now I cant have them tested. Still no heat. So obviously not the issue. Charging 180/hr to be wrong and arguing with customers to come back out after being told if it still doesnt work they would come back. ... read more
