The FRED team performed a relatively small, but complicated project. They removed a basement window below grade and the corresponding window well surround. They sealed and waterproofed the exterior of the window opening, filled in the well and finished the exterior with a concrete top that is flush with the existing patio at grade. I've completed several projects with the Fred team, and have been ecstatic about all of them. Consistently, they provide the BEST service, not only resolving the scoped project, but most importantly, treating my home like their own. We had two planter boxes with trellises that are architectural features of the front of our house rebuilt because they were collapsing. The demolition and carpentry work were meticulously and solidly done and we are very happy with the results. Fred uses fixed price contracting, which in this case was probably to our benefit, because the project took longer than planned. They are expensive, but the quality of the work and the project management component made this a reasonable choice for this project.

We have had 8 or 9 experiences with Case/Fred over the past 25 years, all sizes and scope, from a total kitchen renovation to a new laundry tub and plumbing connections. Everyone has been well done, with a pleasant and knowledgable staff. We have never regretted their services, and highly recommend them.

I needed 3 interior doors installed. One man was sent out , took measurements. Then an office manager, not the installer, told me to buy pre hung doors with measurements. A week later, one man came to install the doors. He damaged the door frame, cracked the new door at the hinges, put caulking and filling everywhere to fill the damaged areas.
