We have had 8 or 9 experiences with Case/Fred over the past 25 years, all sizes and scope, from a total kitchen renovation to a new laundry tub and plumbing connections. Everyone has been well done, with a pleasant and knowledgable staff. We have never regretted their services, and highly recommend them.
I needed 3 interior doors installed. One man was sent out , took measurements. Then an office manager, not the installer, told me to buy pre hung doors with measurements. A week later, one man came to install the doors. He damaged the door frame, cracked the new door at the hinges, put caulking and filling everywhere to fill the damaged areas. The Only One I Will Call. I hope this makes sense. They want your business, not your money. My first project with them was a kitchen about 25 years ago and one just completed this past January. I don't get other estimates, I don't call anyone else to do the improvement/repairs. Not once have I been upsold on something I didn't want. I got suggestions and you can say "no." Fred has completed two projects in our house that is 100 years old. The first project was the renovation of a kitchen and replacement of a deck which were both 30 years old. The second project was the renovation of a 100-year-old bathroom starting at the wall studs and floor joists. Both projects involved significant demolition activities. Fred replaced our deck and did a great job. They assessed the work needed, gave us options, and answered our questions and resolved our concerns. They scheduled the work promptly and finished on schedule. We were very pleased.
