I became their customer in 2007 upon moving to California. I’ve been with State Farm across the Country since the age of 16 (35 years). I sold my daughter’s car in February, so naturally I canceled the insurance. After repeated phone calls...my insurance wasn’t canceled, in fact they took another payment out in March. It’s been 3 months and Still No Refund. I do however get 2x weekly junk mail offering me insurance quotes.
I have dealt with Fred Harrell all my adult life State Farm insurance cover boats, trailers and vehicles....
