I have been bringing my car(s) here since getting back to Texas in early 2023. I ALWAYS go to Dennis. He is the literal best and chillest guy I’ve ever had to deal with in any service department. He truly has gone above and beyond every single time and he can say “it’ll be about 4 hours” and magically, I’m always out in half the time he says it will be. Que me disen de esto miren la sorpresa que me llevé al mirar mi carro abajo uno confía en ustedes y miren lo que asen señores y señoras al día siguiente cheken su carro o al salir del tayer ya que veo que tienen aprendices y no les enseñan bien que pasaría si el motor se daña por no aser su trabajo vien Toyota que me respondes ?

Just called the Service Dept to inquire about installing an item on my 26 Tundra. The lady I spoke with had no idea what I needed and placed me on hold while I was mid-sentence. Then transferred me to a Service Advisor, who wasn’t there & got their VM. Of course the VM was full & disconnected me. Terrible FIRST experience with this dealership
Esta vez que llegué yo hablo español y me atendieron muy bien. Me dijeron lo que tenía el carro. Me dijeron que me iban a llamar por teléfono. Tú solo tienes que ir a sentarte. Te consejo llevar tu teléfono o tablet para pasar al rato pasarán como 45 minutos dependiendo de lo que se le haga el carro y después te llamo calidad. Todo me gusta
