Disappointed with Battery Warranty Experience I visited this location to replace my battery under warranty. Although the battery comes with a 7‑year warranty, I was still charged $206 after a 50% discount. For comparison, Costco sells the same battery for $123. This experience left me feeling that the warranty structure is misleading. The original price appears significantly inflated, effectively negating the value of the warranty coverage. I do not plan to return to this business for future battery needs.
Our first service experience was extremely disappointing. After dropping off our truck, we sat in the waiting area for over three hours without a single update. No one called us, texted us, or came to let us know our truck was finished. It wasn’t until I went to the service desk myself—after noticing several customers who arrived after us were already leaving—that I found out our truck had been ready.
