Never a dissapointnment with the service department!! Very courteous personnel! They get your approval before doing extra work!!
My service advisor is the reason my experience was so.positive. Jan Martin explains all the service that is needed on each visit. She contacts me promptly and keeps me informed of every aspect of the service, which includes the fees. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Very disappointing service. It seems they are only attentive when you’re purchasing a vehicle—after that, customers don’t seem to matter. I was told I needed to pay for my truck’s service because it supposedly wasn’t in their system. After checking my contract, I confirmed that I have maintenance coverage up to 85,000 miles, yet they still tried to charge me for an oil change.
