NOT GOOD – Receptionist told me to fill out form without a please or thank you. Was kept waiting and not provided any information. Estimator never introduced himself and went out to vehicle without ever speaking to me. Needless to say they won't be doing my repair work. I'm very surprised they are auto club preferred.
