I have been a long time client at this insurance agency and they have been very professional and the staff is very friendly and Fred the agent has giving always giving our family great service and direction in our insurance needs.
The same situation for Lee P. happened to me as well. I was out of state and missed a payment (without my knowledge), and because of this, State Farm immediately cancelled my coverage. Because of this, I now have to surrender my license, plates, etc to the DMV. I literally have to deal with/pay the DMV a free $50 because this office doesn't know how to contact people properly.
Avoid this office at all costs. Last year, my credit card expired at the same time I was out of state getting married. When I realized I had not been charged for my insurance the following month, I called and updated my card information with them. Three months after updating my card info, I got pulled over and ticketed for driving under a suspended license without knowledge. The officer confiscated my license and my plates.
