No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
