After 10 years as a customer, I’m extremely disappointed with Fred C. Church. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and it took days just to figure out if my policy was canceled and yet I still don’t have a clear answer. I found better insurance coverage at a Substantially lower premium elsewhere. Definitely not the service or loyalty I expected after 10 years.
Avoid this company at all costs! They don’t answer their phones, and you’re left managing your policy and account online with no agent you can contact directly. To make matters worse, they failed to be able register my new car. The lack of customer service and failure to handle basic responsibilities are unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!
