We have been customers of Fred C. Church for many years, in part due to the outstanding service from their staff. Most recently, we have had outstanding support from Maggie Cote. Maggie is always looking for the best possible combination of home and auto insurance based on annual changes, and goes above and beyond to help with insurance that FCC does NOT carry!! We count on Maggie for all of our insurance needs and she always delivers!
I recently renewed my insurances and negotiated my home insurance. Lori Hayes and the entire team at Fred C. Church were wonderful. They took time to research best options for me and took the time to understand my needs! Would not use any other company.....referred many friends who are very happy too!
The staff is very kind and professional
The receptionist is awful. Manager is aware of how awful she is and yet keeps her on. Trying to renew my car insurance and i cant speak to the person who i talked to yesterday. I have a policy with them. Update- the manager Joe knew about this issue back months ago and i have an email showing our conversation. This morning Joe called me to give me quotes, 5 min was the quotes but then went on a 10 minute tirade about this review. I recently needed to change insurance carriers for both my auto and homeowners policies and I was referred to Fred C Church and it’s agent Jennie Buth ..
