Received a bill of sale from the GM Karran on Tuesday, paid a deposit and kept consistent communication through both text and phone call to salespeople and managers as to when the check would arrive later that same week. Come to find out a day before I had planned to pick the car up that it was already sold that morning. I will be following up with New Jersey Division of consumer affairs, Fred Beans Corporate, the BBB, and the Attorney General.
Worst service I have ever seen in any car dealership. Scheduled service for recall and could not complete rescheduled for a aecond time could not perform third time finally was told could take all day. Worst service I have ever experienced
