I recently bought a civic from Fred Beans Ford and the process was the easiest thing ever. Jake F was an amazing salesperson and made the whole entire process extremely easy for me. He’s very caring about his customers and made sure I understand every part.
Nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. They were apologetic for taking too long, but I was an hour early, and they got me out of there 15 mins. past my appointment time. I felt no apologies were warranted.
I had a wonderful experience while buying my first car, can't recommend them enough.
