They seem to be a typical dealer auto repair shop. I dropped my car off, got a quote then got the car fixed. Dealerships are generally more expensive, but that's normal everywhere. The service response time was adequate, I dropped my car off, had a major repair, they fixed it after I confirmed the charges. A lot of the negative reviews are from a while ago, not sure if this place got better, or I just had a good experience (Scott Carlisle helped me) but they did great. Believe what others say about the horrible service here! Last summer I brought my Ford in for recall service. They kept it all day and turns out, they did not do the recall, but basically did a bubble gum and band-aid fix. I kept getting recall notices from Ford so I called them and was told by Beans that I had to bring it back in (a year later!). No one told me. So, I made the appt. and asked, do you have the parts? Worst service so far bought my vehicle 4 months ago exactly at 3 months my vehicle started shutting off on me and not starting I called the service “several” times asking for a manager to please return my call and never did the manager call me I called back asking again to speak to a manager and every time I was told the manager was busy and that they would call me back which did not happen so I had waited almost 3 weeks and now my car really is giving me problems and had to drop off the vehicle to service center.
