I have bought my jeep here in 3/2021 and I have always been treated very well never had an issue with serive there very professional I like all the ones that work in the service center but if I had to say names I'd say Scott, mark , cliff and Lauren are all awesome I've always been treated great!

They seem to be a typical dealer auto repair shop. I dropped my car off, got a quote then got the car fixed. Dealerships are generally more expensive, but that's normal everywhere. The service response time was adequate, I dropped my car off, had a major repair, they fixed it after I confirmed the charges. A lot of the negative reviews are from a while ago, not sure if this place got better, or I just had a good experience (Scott Carlisle helped me) but they did great. Believe what others say about the horrible service here! Last summer I brought my Ford in for recall service. They kept it all day and turns out, they did not do the recall, but basically did a bubble gum and band-aid fix. I kept getting recall notices from Ford so I called them and was told by Beans that I had to bring it back in (a year later!). No one told me. So, I made the appt. and asked, do you have the parts?
