I brought my fiance's car in for a "diagnostic" check only! After they ran a diagnostic the service advisor told me the vehicle looked and sounded great with no issues. I waited another 40 mins or so for them to finish up with the car. The advisor then tells me they replaced a sensor, without my authorization to do so, and wasnt needed since i had just replaced that sensor a day before, and they said they found a hairline crack in the motor where the sensor is installed.
