Long waiting period, not enough seating every time I got up to use the bathroom and returned my seat was taken because of this I spent more time standing up waiting. I learned today that my life time oil change came with stipulations I should have been informed this in 2023 when I purchased my new Toyota!. Another issue was my service person wasn’t accessible when I needed him to answer questions of concern immediately because he was distracted talking with customers/friends that apparently he has known for a lengthy period ... read more
