Edit: after assessing all four wheels it’s not 2 cross threaded lugs, it’s 7. SEVEN lugs were tightened so hard they ruined the studs. One of them completely sheared off trying to remove the lug by hand. My hubs are absolutely TOAST. Platinum warranty purchased for what?
