Wrong Steve the appointment was 1:15 we sat there for 2.5 hours then went to ask what was going on. Christy Rice was rude and unprofessional. As we was leaving she told us good luck on the part. News flash; got the part from Toyota on rivers for 3 hundred dollars cheaper.

I brought my car to be fixed after an accident. The technicians were awesome. The service manager struggled a little bit with his customer service. While I think he is extremely knowledgeable, it was clear he was new to a management role. There was a lot of miscommunication which lead to both of us getting extremely frustrated.
