This is a repost since somehow my original review from 6 days ago was deleted. PLEASE NOTE that this review is for the Express Service part of the dealership. I love their parts department and the regular service department. When I arrived home from my Express Service appointment and let my Tacoma settle in the garage, I checked the oil level and it was OVERFILLED by over an inch past the MAX line on the dipstick. Brought my Toyota here bc the ABS light was on. Rep said they'd give me an update in an hour. Didn't hear anything after an hour, so I checked with the service desk and was given attitude, like I was annoying him for checking. Another hour went by, told them I had to leave. Was told they "needed more time to diagnose" and since "the light wasn't on currently that makes it more difficult".
