Excellent service
I believe the current price is higher than what would be considered reasonable for this product/service. While I understand the value and quality being offered, the cost appears to exceed market standards or comparable alternatives
Everytime I come here for maintenance, I'm given the wrong location, texted with ridiculous amount of spam messages and pressured to spend thousands of dollars on work. The whole Lyft thing is non-existent (would've been nice to know because I drove over an hour away, didn't have time to get breakfast and have been waiting over 3 hours). You're better off going to your local mechanic than these shysters.
***WARNING with TOYOTA Of Asheville Special with DEREk ***On Monday Morning I took my truck to get serviced and James Derek William the guy that attended me said I will call you to go over some things about the truck. 8:30 he called me and went over what my truck needs and prices so he also asked about changing my front brakes and I said that I will pass on that.
