At least this experience wasn’t a negative 10. I have had the worst experiences at this service department. Than at any other dealership that I have ever been too. And that is pretty bad because I have been to a lot of car dealerships The service person I had was actually polite today. First time since I bought my car. They have kept me waiting for hours and then told me my car had problems it did not have. I took it immediately to another mechanic I had gone to for years. I went for an oil change and tire rotation about 1 week ago. Took less than 1 hr to get everything done. Later that day when I checked the tire pressure, it was all off. the front left had 37, the front right 30 and the back tires were 38 and 37. If I pay $40 dollars to get my tires rotated, I expect at least to have the tires with the same pressure.
Don't bother with any prepurchase inspection here.. I brought in a Prius for inspection. All they did was look at the tire treds, air filter and wind shield wipers.. I specifically called that the car was making noise when turning the wheel and they said "it's probably from worn tires" Inspection was the biggest waste of time and money.. Took it to a local shop and they diagnosed the issue in less than 30 seconds.
Made an appointment for my 5k miles service, they got me in and took care of my service needs.
Met immediately from the service tech who scheduled my visit for new tires. He took over from there. He kept me updated during my wait, and before I got a chapter read in my book, he came and told me my vehicle was ready to go. My car was pulled around right outside the door facing the exit. New tires look good. A+ customer service.
