Fred Anderson Nissan is hands down the best dealership in WNC ! Salesman Dan Mindermann is absolutely amazing and will definitely go the extra mile and doesn't sal you what you don't want. Zac ,in fiance is also amazing he is very easy to talk with and will answer all your questions. Jay was very helpful in helping me find my Pathfinder. Conner also went the extra mile to get the paperwork done with the bank late Friday night.

Tyler is my "go to guy". Always upfront and honest... He is also very knowledgeable... He has always been helpful. They work efficiently to get the vehicles worked on as quickly as possible.
The service department is absolutely horrible. I tried to make an appointment and went over the issues with a truck still under warranty. They told me they would simply change out the battery that's been giving me issues and I've been here for 3 hours so they can preform test that they said they weren't going g to do. I would have just come at another time if this was going g to be the case. They need to learn how to communicate with customers
