Great experience getting my truck serviced today. Everyone was kind and professional from the moment I arrived to when I left. Not pushy about trying to sell additional services, which is a huge bonus. Great experience overall.
Tyler is my "go to guy". Always upfront and honest... He is also very knowledgeable... He has always been helpful. They work efficiently to get the vehicles worked on as quickly as possible.
The service department is absolutely horrible. I tried to make an appointment and went over the issues with a truck still under warranty. They told me they would simply change out the battery that's been giving me issues and I've been here for 3 hours so they can preform test that they said they weren't going g to do. I would have just come at another time if this was going g to be the case. They need to learn how to communicate with customers
Still very impressed with service. From the time of my purchase 2yrs ago and continuing on every service visit. Very friendly, personable, and professional.
