I brought my Kia, which is the second I've purchased from Fred Anderson Kia, in for service but was told only the cost of the repair, but not a breakdown of the cost (like parts and labor hours). So I spoke to Joseph in the service department who I think is a manager there. He had a strong "I don't care" attitude and would not get me the information I was asking for.
